The OXIFIED Project

In the Oxford Initiative for Inspiring Entrepreneurial Diversity (OXIFIED), we worked with partners across the Oxford ecosystem to understand and share best practices for building equitable, diverse and inclusive ventures. The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Toolkit

This is a comprehensive toolkit of curated resources selected by entrepreneurs and EDI experts at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and IDEA, at the University of Oxford.

The tools primarily address developing inclusive recruitment practices, serving diverse customers inclusively, and building diverse supply chains. 

The resources include assessment exercises, podcast episodes, videos, and online activities. Each resource has been selected to be suitable for any social enterprise wanting to learn, implement good practices, and embed intentionality and accountability for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In May 2022 we co-hosted with IDEA an ‘un-conference’ to convene the rich and diverse community that is promoting best practice in equity, diversity, and inclusion in social entrepreneurship in Oxford.
